You may create an account to manage your policies online. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Premiums are payable in full upfront or by monthly direct debit as agreed at point of purchase. All prices are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) where applicable.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase or receipt of your policy documents (whichever is later) during which you may cancel for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
After the cooling-off period, you may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund of the unexpired premium, subject to any cancellation fee stated in your policy documents. Claims made during the period of cover will affect any refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, smartinsurancepackagesonline shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of premium paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
